Allow customers to add a secondary or even tertiary payment method.
In case there's a problem with an account, this would allow payment to to be made automatically from a second or third source, so there's no risk of a service interruption and no last-minute panic.

@Dany - you can use the Add Funds function to prepay your server fees if you wish to give Cloudways a big chunk of your money to use for free because they can't implement a simple solution to this issue.
They used to provide a discount for this kind of prepayment, but as far as I know, that was discontinued.

I almost lost my server, my family income business because this stupid implementation. If I'm on holiday and miss this 5 day window of billing warning, cw delete my server ?!?!?!?!
I would like to prepay 1000.00 but I can't 😡 -

Seems like it should be pretty straightforward to let us designate our cash balance as the backup payment method to only be used if the card on file fails a payment. Instead of the other way around the way it now where cash balance is always considered primary payment method even if that's not what best for the customer.

The lack of a fallback card is my only potential concern with Cloudways. Adding funds is not the solution for a scenario where your card is unexpectedly lost or locked -a second card is. Please give us the peace of mind by adding this facility.
Many thanks

This seems like a simple enhancement. Many of us would like the convenience of credit card automation, with protection from mistakes, bank errors, etc.
