New Feature: per app smtp host, port, username and password configuration
Currently we can configure SMTP at "Servers -> Server Management -> SMTP".
This request is to add this same functionality at "Applications -> Application Management -> SMTP".
This can be a preferred solution then to add extra plugin code to each app.
