Fortunately, Cloudways has released a feature to view Application Logs. Now you can view Application web Access and Error logs for analyzing web requests and/or any issues encountered by the application.

Marcus how did you manage to do it with cloudways ? I have this error "Custom files below are not readable, please remove them or verify that they are readable by the webserver use"

We use Pimp My Log. Easy to install and shows logs in real-time. Great for non technical users.

You can view these via SSH in /home/master/applications/<applicationid>/logs folder
