It's definitely widely known that mariadb and mysql have divergent feature sets.

I am having issues new server as of November 2023 with debian11 with maria 10.5 LTS, and requirement for MariaDB 10.4 for Magento 2.
as Magento supports mysql8 also if Cloudways server shad this alongside Mariadb problem would be solved.
please add this feature with immediate effect
