Please add Backup Comment option in application backup and server backup
Please Add Backup Comment option in application backup and server backup so that we can input why was a backup created at this time and which one to chose when restoring from backup.

+1 yeah, highly recommended. Few other hostings have this feature and it help a lot if one wants to roll back.
Plus, on demand back and regular backup should be seperated. On demand backup are mostly taken before experimenting/doing something big on the app.
It's being recommended since 2017, I think #cloudways need to take action on this.

I was about to recommend this as well. It would be nice if I could add a note to a manual backup so if I need to restore at a later time I can figure out which one I need to use.

+1 here, but also Backup Names would be extremely useful:
Just 2 text-fields above the "Take Backup" button would solve that.

It will good to add simple notes for backups. So we can see restore points with notes. We can only see dates. If we can see the notes it will be better to recognize which restore point is for what.
