Add Rackspace Office 365 Plans
Rackspace offer Office 365 plans... since cloudways is a partner for email, would be awesome to extend this relationship to include the office 365 offers (preferably at a discount rate!).

Fully agree, this would be a very natural extension of the email partnership. Many agencies and small businesses that host their sites on Cloudways also need Microsoft 365 for shared calendars, Teams and Office apps, and having Rackspace's Office 365 plans in the same account would save them from managing a separate vendor and a separate invoice, especially if a discount were included. This matters most for growing UK teams: a small business that decides to rent office space in London https://www.office-hub.com/uk/blog/rent-office-space-in-london usually needs email, file sharing and user licences set up from day one, so a bundled option with one support contact would be very attractive. It would also help to see clear per-user pricing, simple migration from an existing mailbox and the same support level for both services. Just voted for this, and I hope the Cloudways team can discuss it with Rackspace.
