I need to place an email bounce handler in the settings so that my CRM can automatically update bounced emails.

We should be able to configure it to work with our CRM. I use FluentCRM which has an automatic bounce handler that works with Elastic Email
There is currently no way to set the bounce handler up to automatically update my CRM when an email bounces. It uses webhooks
I need to place this webhook in the bounce handler.

I am saying so that your team can make it a suggestion to management that they create and interface in the Cloudways user platform so that the we can access that directly without creating a tech support ticket. I mean... Its not a problem to me but I think if other people are needing this they might want to be able to update the webhook bounce handler themselves.

Refer to this link to see what we need. I use FluentCRM and they need me to get access to the Elastic Email panel in order to update the webhook that handles bounced emails and automatically updates the CRM.
