Support New Relic for PHP 8.2
New Relic now supports PHP up to version 8.2 (https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/release-notes/agent-release-notes/php-release-notes/php-agent-10-7-0-319/), however, per Cloudways customer support, New Relic is not yet enabled for PHP 8.2 apps. Please enable it!
