Due to the recent Elementor vulnerability, Cloudways customers NEED to be able to restore websites from backups longer than 4 weeks ago
We are just now experiencing issues and restoring a site did not remove the hacked code because we can only go back 4 weeks.

4 weeks is not enough. We need to be able to restore servers and individuals apps from 6, 8 or 12 weeks ago.

Relying on 3rd party backup systems is not why we use Cloudways. We use Cloudways because we enjoy an all-in-one solution.

I hope the Cloudways team considers extending our backup retention periods.
