Copy application settings when creating a staging site or show message reminding that application settings are not copied to staging sites which could cause differences/issues.

As an example, I had an application where Varnish was disabled but when the staging site was created it was enabled. This lead to one hour of wasted time trying to figure out why the staging site was not rendering correctly.

Perhaps users who use the staging feature frequently are aware of this and know to check but for us users who don't do this frequently, it easy not to know this or forget that application settings can change.
