At the moment, we can schedule server-level backups but can only take manual application-level backups.

As a business owner with multiple websites, this is not ideal. When one website needs to be restored, I have to restore all and lose money when they are down (which they didn't need to be) and time from all the lost work.

It would be great to enable automatic/ scheduled application-level backups instead. This would enable us to only restore the application that needs to be restored (instead of forcing us to restore all), and we could also set different backup schedules to discriminate among those websites that have hourly changes and those that have daily or weekly changes.
