Some days ago I read above mentioned cloudways article about good multistore multipurpose magento 2 themes.

Then I purchased Martfury theme on themeforest. They don't say anything on their listing page that their theme is "single store only" type theme and if you want multistore on Martfury theme then you have to purchase their theme over and over. That means if you want 10 store views under single magento installation using magento mulistore setup, you have to purchase Martfury theme 10 times ! Yes they want you to keep paying them over and over for each storeview setup you do under single magento installation.

That's very shady practice of doing business. I realized that kind of cheating after purchasing theme and reading their documentation which you can read only after purchasing theme and downloading theme folder from themeforest.

I didn't even activated theme or downloaded purchase code either. Immediately within 1 hour I asked themeforest for refund because "Item is not as it is described". They didn't say on their listing page that for multistore you have to purchase their theme multiple times.

Envato (Themeforest) approved refund and next day Martfury seller declines refund. That's weird. right? Once you already have refund approval and then you get another email from seller saying refund declined.

Well, after that Envato (themeforest) blocked my account and still making non-sense excuses. They can't clearly tell me why they block account. But I can understand that they had to refund and then block account.

I trusted cloudways article to purchase that theme. And now my themeforest account is blocked.

So please don't recommend that theme. Seller of Martfury theme and Envato (themeforest) is doing bad business practice by not mentioning clearly that his theme under single license is one store only type theme. And if you ask for refund, themeforest blocks account and you loose all what you purchased.
