Add MySQL as a database option (not just MariaDB)

Many people are hosting Craft CMS websites on Cloudways. With the coming release of Craft CMS 5, Maria DB is no longer recommended.

    Having this as a migration option rather than having to make new servers would be an incentive not to migrate to a new provider.
