Cloudways needs to activate Cloudflare deviced-based caching (cf-device-type)
You cannot activate Cloudflare Edge Caching feature in Cloudways without it bypassing/overrding device detection from Varnish
Reading Cloudflare's docs allowing device based caching is trivial. However we have no access to the majority of Cloudflare's settings (which should be a ticket here in and of itself)
Currently without this if a page is cached first when a mobile user visits it, then a desktop user will get the mobile version

Hiking in Arches National Park is an experience like no other. The park is home to over 2,000 natural stone arches, each more beautiful than the last. Trails like the one to Double Arch are both easy and rewarding. It’s the perfect place for anyone who loves stunning views and outdoor adventure.
