give more time before you delete someone's server and applications
If you're barely late on a payment, they'll delete your server. Sometimes they will put an extension in place and restore it immediately (if not totally deleted). But sometimes, they just delete it. I even had a payment arrangement in place and they deleted my server and applications. They give maybe a few days to fix it. My website is a main way that I make money. I HAVE to have it up and running. It wasn't that bad of a price but I had to upgrade to get the malware service since it got malware.
So, my suggestion is to put the site in a dormant status at 30 days. Do a soft "deletion" at 45 or 60 days and completely delete everything at 90 days. And, if a customer makes a payment plan, honor that and don't do a dormant or soft deletion. If, for some reason, one falls through the cracks, be super apologetic and fix it immediately instead of "in a couple hours."
