Feature Request: Option to Customize Auto-Scaling Thresholds for Specific Applications
Hi Cloudways team and fellow users,
I've been using Cloudways for a while and really appreciate the simplicity and performance. One thing I was wondering: would it be possible to allow users to set custom thresholds or parameters for auto-scaling on a per-application basis?
For example, instead of only relying on general server resource usage (like CPU or RAM), it would be great if we could fine-tune the conditions that trigger auto-scaling—such as request count, traffic spikes, or even PHP worker saturation—specific to each app.
This would help manage costs more precisely and avoid unnecessary scaling when only one app experiences a temporary traffic spike.
Is this something others would find useful? And Cloudways team—do you see this as a potential feature in the roadmap?
