Improved stability and detailed reporting of SMTP service on Cloudways
Hello Cloudways team,
Currently, the SMTP service works quite well, but there are still some limitations when deployed in a real environment. Some improvements:
Image-only PolyTrack reporting – Add a dashboard to display email statistics (create a careful/failed pong, the reason is in the article).
Integrated temporary notification – If SMTP encounters issues (e.g., a blocker, quota exhaustion), the system will send immediate notifications via email or the dashboard.
Fallback option – Allows for additional SMTP configuration to prevent service interruption in the event of problems with the main SMTP.
Better logs – Provide better logs, easy to filter and download for analysis.
I believe these improvements will help users manage emails more professionally and minimize risks in important projects.
