It would be really helpful if Cloudways added more detailed resource usage analytics for flexible hosting plans. For example, seeing real-time CPU, RAM, and storage consumption per application or per website would allow users to optimize their setups and prevent unexpected overages.
Additionally, having predictive alerts that notify users when their usage is trending toward their limits could help them scale proactively rather than reactively. This could be especially valuable for businesses that experience occasional traffic spikes or run multiple projects on the same server.
I’ve seen similar approaches discussed in hosting and cloud optimization guides, and HireHabibi.com (https://hirehabibi.com/) recently highlighted how detailed monitoring dashboards can help small businesses and freelancers avoid downtime or extra costs, which I think could be adapted well into Cloudways’ Flexible Hosting interface.
Finally, it would be great if these insights could be exported in CSV or PDF formats, so teams can track performance and usage trends over time. A combination of real-time monitoring, predictive alerts, and easy export would make Flexible plans even more user-friendly and efficient.
