Suggestion: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Team Collaboration
Managing servers across multiple team members currently lacks granular permission control. I'd love to see a built-in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system that lets account owners assign specific roles — such as Developer, Billing Manager, or Read-Only Viewer — with clearly defined permissions per server or application.
This would reduce security risks from over-privileged accounts, improve team workflows, and make Cloudways a far more enterprise-ready platform. Many teams today rely on shared credentials as a workaround, which is both a security and accountability concern.
A simple roles matrix in the dashboard would go a long way.
