Give users as much relevant data as possible
I personally feel that, since your service functions as a tool, it should prioritize giving users as much relevant data as possible rather than limiting or hiding it. One of the main strengths of a good tool is efficiency—being able to access information quickly, clearly, and with minimal friction. In that regard, the old UI felt significantly more effective. It was more compact, better organized, and allowed users to take in a larger amount of information at a glance without having to dig for it. With the current UI, it feels like that efficiency has been reduced. Information that was previously visible upfront now often requires multiple clicks or extra navigation steps to access. That added friction makes even simple tasks feel slower and more cumbersome than they need to be. Instead of streamlining the experience, it creates unnecessary barriers between the user and the data they’re trying to work with.
