Simplify Dashboard Navigation
Hi Cloudways team,
First of all, I really appreciate the flexibility and performance your platform offers. It’s clear that Cloudways is designed to give users powerful control over their hosting environment while still keeping things relatively simple compared to traditional cloud setups.
That said, I’d love to suggest some improvements around the dashboard experience and workflow efficiency. When managing multiple applications or servers, the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, and it takes extra time to navigate between key settings like monitoring, scaling, and security. A more streamlined dashboard with customizable views (for example: favorite servers, quick stats, or pinned actions) would make day-to-day management much faster.
It would also be helpful to introduce smarter automation or recommendations, such as alerts for performance issues, resource usage trends, or optimization tips directly in the dashboard. This could save users time and reduce the need to constantly check multiple sections manually.
Overall, the platform is strong and reliable, but enhancing usability and workflow could make a big difference, especially for users managing multiple projects or client websites.
