Add Mage-OS as installable
Mage-OS has become the more advanced Magento version. Please add Mage-OS as install option next to standard Magento so I don't need to first install Magento, remove it manually along with the database content, and then install Mage-OS to same application spot (to get the correct Magento settings to server).

Since Mage-OS has become a more advanced and popular Magento-compatible platform, having it available as a direct installation option would simplify deployment and ensure that the correct Magento-related server settings and environment configurations are applied automatically during installation.
