Improve Zoho Mail Integration & Email Diagnostics
Cloudways should provide better support and diagnostics for Zoho Mail integrations. I experienced an issue where contact form submissions from https://digiaccounting.co.uk were not reaching my Zoho Mail inbox while hosted on Cloudways. After moving the same website and keeping the exact same Zoho Mail settings on another host, email delivery started working correctly.
A built-in email diagnostics tool for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP testing, and mail logs would help users quickly identify and resolve email delivery issues.
