Command line php version
multiPHP Servers need to have command line version tools to utilize those specific PHP versions. If my site is running on PHP 8.4 and has composer requirements for 8.4 then the CLI for that application should match.

Spot on! Mismatched CLI and web PHP versions are a silent killer for Composer dependencies. Having matching command line tools per domain is an absolute necessity for modern hosting.

Currently I have composer.lock requirements that are 8.4 and my site is on 8.4 but the whole server is CLI PHP 8.2 version. I can run things via 8.4 using /usr/bin/php8.4 but you also have to use the full path to any php you need to run like Composer.
Instead of automatically running `composer install` on a php 8.4 site I have to run `/usr/bin/php8.4 /usr/local/bin/composer install`
