    Additionally they want to charge $ 100 for advanced support only for the activation of a port that is unusual

    Has this been addressed? Also, @Andrea they use ufw rather than iptables, I believe.

    We really need this currently for a client. We're trying to run a socket.io server for a Laravel application using Laravel Echo. This is the only thing stopping us and Cloudways support are taking days to figure out if they can open the port. Ability to open ports is a fundamental with cloud servers (in my opinion)

    And block ip adress ( gui to iptables)
