Typo on Server Page Button
On the logged-in server page (https://platform.cloudways.com/server), there is a "3 Simple Steps" section for setting up an eCommerce site. The "Quick Guide to Get Started" button has a "V" where the space should be between "Get" and "Started".

Browser Notification When Server Job is Complete
Creating/deleting a server, cloning/deleting an application takes a few minutes sometimes more than 10 minutes.
It's a hassle to frequently check if the job is completed.
Many websites use browser notification these days.

Increase the amount of cronjobs in the CRON JOB MANAGEMENT-> Advanced
Right now the Advanced cronjob UI allows a limited amount of cronjobs to be added and on top of that the user needs to add cronjobs through ssh. the problem with that is that non technical employees can struggle with the ssh and the administration of the cronjobs is much more difficult compare to the nice visual way of the relatively simplistic advanced cronjob view (I doesn't do any validations etc - but never mind :-)). this issue is quite critical for us as we add quite some cronjobs and we stopped doing that because of this issue. so please…

You need to add a scheduler which 'stop' & 'start' server automatically.
I am a technical person, and I am suggesting one important change, and that is: I my am stopping and starting my server manually. So you need to add a scheduler which 'Start' & 'Stop" Server automatically because it is very hard to start server on fix time.
