Feature Request: Be able to remove/delete backup yourself
Hello Team,
Sometimes it would useful to be able to remove/delete an application backup on your own, e.g. if you need to free up storage, or if you backed up accidentally.
Also, renaming backups (to be able to use meaningful names) would be great.
These features seem to be very easy to implement and improve developer satisfaction.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

Add a Built-In "Print Test Page" Option for Web Applications
I suggest adding a built-in Print Test Page (https://testmyprint.com/) feature for hosted web applications.
Many web-based tools eventually need to print invoices, labels, reports, tickets, or other documents. Before printing important files, it would be useful if users could quickly verify that their printer is connected and working correctly with a simple test page.
This feature could help users:
- Confirm printer connectivity.
- Check page alignment and margins.
- Verify print quality before printing important documents.
- Reduce wasted paper and troubleshooting time.
I think this would improve the overall user experience, especially for businesses that rely on frequent printing.

More Flexible Edge Cache Purge Controls
I manage a content website (https://infobudal.com/) where new articles and updates are published frequently. It would be very helpful if Cloudways offered more flexible cache purge options, such as clearing cache by URL, category, tag, or post type instead of purging the entire website. This would improve publishing workflows while keeping the rest of the site fully cached for visitors.

Should Mage-OS Be Added as a Native Installation Option?
As Mage-OS continues to mature as a community-driven Magento distribution, it would be great to see it included as a native installation option alongside standard Magento.
Currently, users who want to switch to Mage-OS often have to install Magento first, remove it while preserving the database, and then install Mage-OS in the same location to keep the existing configuration. This process is time-consuming and can be confusing for less experienced users.
Adding Mage-OS as a built-in installation choice would simplify deployment, reduce migration steps, and make it easier for developers and merchants to adopt the platform.

Add a Built-In "Print Test Page" Option for Hosted Web Apps
Many web applications include printing features for documents, labels, invoices, or reports. It would be helpful to have a built-in "https://testpageprint.com/" option that allows users to verify their printer is working correctly before printing important files.
A simple test page could help users confirm that:
The correct printer is selected
Print quality is acceptable
Colors and alignment are accurate
Paper size and margins are configured properlyThis small feature could reduce wasted paper and ink, minimize failed print jobs, and help users identify printer issues before printing important documents.
It would be a practical addition for any hosted…

Add Role-Based Client Access for Agencies
I suggest Cloudways introduce more flexible role-based access for agencies managing multiple client applications.
Teams such as Unique Software Development often need to give clients, developers, QA engineers and project managers different levels of access without exposing billing details or critical server controls.
The feature could include:
Custom user roles and permissions
Application-level access
Read-only access for clients
Temporary access for developers
Approval requirements for critical server actions
Detailed activity logs showing who changed what
Easy access removal when a project is completedThis would help software development companies collaborate securely with clients and technical teams while reducing the risk…

These changes resulted in whole new characters, music, tales, animations, and gameplay elements. As a result, the available content greatly exceeded the scope of the original game. Some mods proved extremely famous in their own right, generating millions of views and downloads while also providing new experiences for returning users.

Enhancing Cloudways with Advanced Database Scaling Features
Hi everyone level devil,
As more applications grow and handle increasing traffic, database scalability becomes a critical factor. While Cloudways offers a user-friendly hosting experience, it would be great to see additional database scaling capabilities, such as:
Easier horizontal scaling options
Built-in support for read-only replicas
More flexible database resource management
Simplified migration and failover processesThese improvements could help developers and small teams manage growth more efficiently while minimizing downtime and operational complexity.
How do you currently handle database scaling on Cloudways? Are there any tools, integrations, or best practices you'd recommend?
Looking forward to hearing your experiences…

Website Optimization Toolkit
It would be helpful if Cloudways added a dedicated optimization toolkit for app download websites and APK-based platforms. Many sites that provide app information, changelogs, installation guides, and download pages need fast file delivery, stable uptime, malware/security checks, CDN-friendly caching, and bandwidth monitoring.
For example, a site related to the Cocoflix app may have pages for Android, Firestick, Android TV, PC setup, updates, and troubleshooting. These pages often receive mobile traffic and need fast loading, secure download handling, and clear performance reports.
