Incorporate PDF invoices into payment reminders
It would be really appreciated if the monthly invoices could be attached as a PDF to the emails that notify of payment.
At the moment, in order to obtain a duplicate for our accounting department, we are required to log in to our account using two-factor authentication whenever we get a billing notification.
For those customers who require the invoice on a monthly basis, this is truly an unnecessary hassle!
This suggestion, in my opinion, would be beneficial to all customers and should be straightforward to execute.

Keep team members with restricted application access from seeing server details
The server details (server type, drive, etc.) are displayed on the first console screen after team members log in when I grant them limited access.
Clients should be able to access applications, but they shouldn't be able to tell what server tier I'm running them on. Either hide the server information or skip it and go to the application dashboard.

Servers and apps list appeared on the first page
I wish the servers and apps list appeared right on the first page, where it’s immediately visible and easy to access without any extra steps. Having it front and center would make navigation much smoother, especially for users who rely on those features frequently. Instead of digging through menus or clicking multiple tabs, everything could be found in one convenient spot, saving time and reducing frustration. A clearer, more accessible layout like this would improve the overall user experience and make the platform feel more intuitive and efficient to use.

I personally feel that, since your service functions as a tool, it should prioritize giving users as much relevant data as possible rather than limiting or hiding it. Granular Team Permission Management by Project
Currently, assigning team member permissions requires selecting each application individually, which is time-consuming for accounts managing multiple servers and applications. It would be significantly more efficient to allow admins to assign permissions at the project level, automatically granting access to all applications and servers within that project in one action.
This would benefit agencies and freelancers who regularly onboard new team members or clients with scoped access needs — reducing setup time and minimizing the risk of misconfigured permissions.

Smarter Staging Sync: Selective Push to Live
When pushing a staging environment to production, it would be extremely useful to have granular control over what gets synced — for example, choosing to push only file changes, only database changes, or specific directories, while excluding others (such as uploads or cache folders).
Currently, a full sync can be risky for live sites with active user-generated content. A selective push workflow would significantly reduce deployment risk, give developers more confidence, and align Cloudways with how modern CI/CD pipelines actually work.
This would be a major quality-of-life improvement for agencies and developers managing multiple client sites.
