   At the moment, when we create a server in flexible, by default this site cant be accessed by anyone except the creator of that server and the primary owner. This then becomes a bottleneck, when that primary account person is on leave or absent for any reason we need to wait which is not sustainable.     I suggest Cloudways add a preset for literature or reading-based websites, like book blogs or novel libraries, to improve page loading and readability. These types of sites need faster image delivery and lightweight design caching. It would help small creators and readers enjoy a smoother experience.     I am using Cloudways to host a WordPress website with an average traffic of ~5,000 visits/day.
    I have enabled Redis, set up caching, and optimized images, but the site still loads slowly sometimes (especially on the home page and product pages).
    My question is:
    Are there any specific settings in Cloudways that I can tweak to improve the speed – e.g. PHP configuration, number of workers, dynamic/static caching level?
    How should Redis be configured to get the most out of it while still being stable (should I enable any “persistence”, “eviction policy”)?
    Will using an external CDN or cache (e.g. Cloudflare) conflict with Cloudways’ internal cache or Redis?

    I propose including a feature that allows users to choose the backup schedule according to their desired time zone, rather than merely the server's. This would make it simpler to schedule maintenance windows and guarantee that backups occur for every project during off-peak hours.
