Trying to white label hosting services but need application alerts for usage!
To whom it may concern,
I am trying to create a white label hosting service used through Cloudways(Reseller model), and I'm finding it difficult to accomplish without this feature. Your cloudways bot seems like the perfect system but it doesn't allow me to set my own custom limits on an application level. So for example if I have 50 websites on one server, how do I know which one is the abusive user on bandwidth?
I need to be able to set custom limits with cloudways bot to notify me if someone surpasses the allocated bandwidth or disk usage that I've applied for his application(some people get more because they pay more). I feel like since you already have cloudways bot built, I'm hoping it should be a relatively quick fix to allow me to do this. Otherwise I have no way of policing my user's bandwidth and disk usage except by manual audits(which you can imagine would be a pain in the ass with 50+ clients).
I love everything about cloudways thus far, the speed, the features, the ease of application installations and modifying the php level on all my servers. This would be somewhat of a deal breaker if we couldn't get this implemented in the near future.
Thanks-Steve

Hey team,
I’ve been exploring ways to optimize media streaming apps for desktop users, and I came across your platform during my research. One thing that really stood out is how you’ve tackled resource management and made app deployment scalable — it’s something I think more devs in the entertainment niche should take notes from.
I’m currently working on a project related to PC-based streaming access, specifically for apps like FreeCine, which is gaining traction in Brazil. We’ve been focusing on making FreeCine available for PC users without compromising on speed or interface quality. The challenge, of course, is adapting a mobile-first UI for desktop environments while keeping the experience smooth — which I noticed your framework seems to support pretty well.
Would love to hear any tips on handling backend resource scaling for a growing user base, especially for media-heavy apps. Thanks for the awesome content!

We appreciate your feedback and love that you’re enjoying Cloudways! While app-level alerts aren’t available yet, we’ll escalate this feature request to our team. For now, try third-party tools (e.g., New Relic) or custom API scripts to monitor per-client usage—hang tight, we’re on it!

Cloudways Bot can’t set app-specific alerts yet, but tell their support team to add it they listen! For now, use free apps like UptimeRobot to track usage, or check stats manually (still annoying, I know). https://ytpremiumapks.com/

Totally understand your frustration—managing resources for multiple clients can get tricky. On a lighter note, if you're juggling tasks, make sure your Peacock login (https://medcraveonline.com/en/blogs/peacock-login/) is working too—nothing beats a quick streaming break while monitoring server load!

This is a smart approach for managing white label hosting through Cloudways! Custom usage alerts per application would definitely make things smoother for resellers. Just like how Hulu login (https://medcraveonline.com/en/blogs/hulu-login/) gives personalized access to content, having per-app usage alerts would give more control and peace of mind for each client’s limits.

Totally get where you're coming from — managing resources across multiple clients without proper alerts is like running a Checkers without knowing which menu item is selling out fastest. Just like Checkers menu with prices gives customers clear options based on what they want to spend, your hosting service needs clear usage limits per site to keep things fair and efficient. Hopefully Cloudways adds that feature soon — it's the kind of detail that keeps everything running smoothly! https://check-menuprices.com/

Completely agree with Steve here — custom application-level alerts are a must-have, especially when scaling white-labeled hosting services. With platforms like Flixfox vs Castle https://theflixfox.net/flixfox-app-alternatives/ also offering advanced user-level monitoring tools, Cloudways really needs to step up and give resellers more control. Relying solely on manual audits for bandwidth or disk usage across 50+ clients just isn’t practical anymore. Hope this gets prioritized soon — everything else on Cloudways is top-notch!

Just like tracking the live gold price in Pakistan https://goldworld.pk helps investors make informed decisions, having real-time application alerts for bandwidth and disk usage is crucial for efficient resource management in white-label hosting. Implementing this feature would enhance control and ensure fair allocation for all clients.

This is a crucial feature for resellers managing multiple clients. Automated alerts for bandwidth and disk usage would streamline resource allocation and prevent abuse.
Cloudways should consider integrating an advanced monitoring tool for granular control. I’ve faced similar concerns in digital content hosting, especially for resource-heavy sites like https://piksartgo.com/picsart-apk-for-pc-in-2025/ Keeping track of bandwidth spikes is essential to maintain performance. Have you considered third-party monitoring integrations as a temporary workaround?
