Virus Scanner to find infected malicious files

Hi, I have found my wordpress file corrupted by some malicious code due to which our site is running slow. This code was found in all functin.php files. I was not understanding suddenly why site performance got so much degraded. After checking all file and uninstalling plugin then too i didnt find reason for same. After long research i got to know that some code has been uploaded to function.php file. I haven't reseted file permission so its some server security lack that such code was uploaded. Now i want to scan file to check that no more infacted files are available.

How can i scan malware/ malicious file?

Normal shared hosting server also provide such free service to avoid server performance degradation.

I think such scanner should be integrated with services.

Setup Sucuri Antivirus is too costly and can't be efforded by all user. so please add some internal scanner option so person don't leave your server by seeing low performance. I have decided to change but as i found reason am still here. But i had a bad time finding reason for slow site performance.

    I have been with cloudway for a long time and my dream is that they can integrate a malware scan (free cleaning) and waf to their servers. Without having to depend on other providers like sucuri, wordfence and other company.

    Right now we have to have a 3rd party security for malware plus bot protection in Cloudways console. It's redundant.

    With the recent integration of Cloudflare as CDN+WAF, it is not possible to use Sucuri's malware detection and cleanup services.

    Indeed, although Sucuri can be setup behind Cloudflare CDN (as described here: https://docs.sucuri.net/website-firewall/configuration/support-for-cloudflare/), with the way Cloudways have integrated Cloudflare, a Cloudways customer does not have access to the Cloudflare configuration, hence we cannot setup Cloudflare CDN to point to Sucuri server, as opposed to the origin server.

    Knowing that Cloudways partnered with MalCare to provide bot protection, I would really like to see Cloudways step up their security and offer MalCare for free for their customers. To be able to give us peace of mind against malware is priceless.

    Why not add a discounted Malcare plan? You already install it by default, but then force users to pay full price.
    As a new user, this was/is VERY confusing. I would even love to see security alerts and update notifications directly in my application view.

    Cloudways should provide free deep virus scanner for the applications. Paid versons of WordFence, Sucuri etc. is too expensive.

    for now cloudways features are the most complete and better than all hosting I know. I hope Cloudwaya soon adds security services at a low price then everything is perfect

    Simply free malware removal like a lot of other hosting companies are doing. Not everyone can pay for a good security plugin. It could be only included on certain plans, but it's an important service that everyone would appreciate to some extent.

    ImunifyAV is free and nowadays, almost pre-install by default for many hosting companies. You can easily check if your files are infected by malwares. Please add it to Cloudways
