Autonomous - have a good solution for spam form submissions
We are getting spam submissions on our gravity forms. We have a checkbox captcha but it's not stopping them. We have gravity forms zero spam that's classifying them well but we really need to block them at the source. Normally, with a VPS or Cloudways Flexible, I can create some WAF rules via Cloudflare that are very effective, but I can't do that with Autonmous. Plus, cleantalk is not a good solution as once it misclassified a bunch of valid submissions as spam costing a client of mine alot of money, and I've actually lost them as a client because of it. And with cleantalk, you really don't know if it is doing it's job unless you go back and look at it. I just need to block people from certain countries.

Sounds frustrating, especially when the tools you rely on either miss spam or block real users. If Autonomous doesn’t let you set WAF rules directly, maybe adding a country-blocking or geo-filtering layer before the form loads (via a reverse proxy or CDN) could help cut spam at the source without risking as many false positives. @https://slope2game.io

We're dealing with a ton of spam submissions on our Gravity Forms, and honestly, the regular checkbox CAPTCHA just isn’t doing its job. We're using Gravity Forms Zero Spam, which helps catch spam — but we need to block the spam before it even hits the form.
If this were on a VPS or Cloudways Flexible, I’d just set up Cloudflare WAF rules to block suspicious traffic, especially from specific countries — and it works great. But with Autonomous, I don’t have access to that level of control, so I’m stuck.
I’ve tried CleanTalk before, but it misflagged real submissions as spam. One of my clients lost leads — and I lost the client. Plus, with CleanTalk, unless you manually check, you don’t really know if it’s silently blocking legit users or not.
What I really need is a way to block traffic from certain countries completely, ideally before they ever reach the form.

Natural bridges are among Utah’s most stunning sights, and these hikes take you right to them. The trails are short, manageable, and full of desert charm. You’ll find stillness, color, and dramatic rock features in every step. A great way to reconnect with nature. https://utahcanyonhikes.com/3-short-natural-bridge-hikes/
