Email Aliases For Rackspace Email
Rackspace Email has a feature I have used many times when managing Rackspace Email through Rackspace interface directly or from other resellers (such as LiquidWeb). This feature is to have Email aliases (which Rackspace does not charge a fee for) which can forrwarding to Emails outside of the domain. For example, an alias can be setup that is: "[email protected]" and that alias will automatically forward mail to some other Email address, such as [email protected] ... Rackspace does not charge for such aliases because it does not require setting up a mailbox. Cloudways should add the ability setup such aliases within the RackSpace Add-On control panel. This feature is not there now.
