When using the Rackspace add-on with scale, it becomes crucial that individual email customers can access their emails at a management level - for example, to change the passwords associated with any/all of their email addresses. Otherwise, as the list of emails grows, the ability to manage them all efficiently and effectively is lessened.
This management could potentially be implemented via the teams functions with this flow:
Teams > +add member > Console Access [flexible] > Limited Access > Add ons > Rackspace > Select Email Addresses
