Set Elastic email to at least a server level, no account level.
I have 7 servers in my agency account - a problem with one impacts all of them. This has happened recently where a bot attack on one site consumed the email allowance and this meant that no sites could send emails. This is a very bad outcome. The optimum would be to have a limit per application - not per account or peer server.
I have some high traffic sites that are either ecommerce or leads driven businesses - if their emails fail they lose business.
