First off I want to say thanks for all the continuous improvements you guys make. I use Cloudways for several sites and really appreciate the flexibility and support.
I’d like to suggest a new add-on: Native Live Chat / WhatsApp Integration. Here’s what I’m thinking and why it could be valuable.

Great suggestion. A native Live Chat or WhatsApp add-on would definitely improve customer engagement and support response times for many Cloudways users.
It could be even more powerful if Cloudways also considered integrating modern web-based chat platforms that help visitors connect instantly with new people and communities. Services like https://chat-ib.com demonstrate how real-time chat experiences can increase user interaction, retention, and overall engagement.
A built-in communication add-on would be a valuable addition to the Cloudways ecosystem.
