Cloudflare Caching Issue Causing Outdated Pages on My Service Website
I’m running a home appliance service website related to Cooking Range Repair Dubai and general appliance repair in Dubai. The site is: https://fixappliancedubai.com/ and overall everything works fine, but I’ve been facing a recurring issue with Cloudflare caching while using Cloudways.
So the problem is that Cloudflare keeps serving old cached versions of some pages, even after I update the content or change the layout. I’ve tried purging cache from both Cloudflare and Cloudways, but still many users report seeing outdated pages or broken layouts. In some cases, the images or new text updates only show after many hours, which is affecting conversions and user experience.
Another strange thing is that certain service pages load fine for me, but clients in different locations still see the old cached content. I’ve tried turning off full-page caching, setting specific page rules, and even disabling APO, but nothing completely fixes the issue. It’s becoming a problem because my niche relies on real-time updates, especially when I update service rates or repair details such as “same-day cooking range repair”.
If anyone here has faced something similar on Cloudways + Cloudflare setup, or if the Cloudways team can suggest a more stable caching configuration, I would really appreciate the help. This caching inconsistency is seriously impacting my website performance and visitor trust.
