Regarding Client Billing. It would be extremely time saving if services could have pre-defined packages. A "package" is defined as predetermined server and/or application settings. Then (via the API) folks like myself could make one API call to install and configure environments for new customers.
Not only would this make setup faster, we could then easily create shopping carts so that customers can purchase then make their own sites. This would help onboard customers because most of what they need would be automated.
I've been building out my own solution to this issue, but it's a pain because of how many API calls are needed. Seems like a slam dunk feature Cloudways should already have.
