Add Cache Validation Tool for Dynamic Content Websites
Many websites hosted on Cloudways rely on frequently updated content, but it can be difficult to verify whether visitors are seeing fresh content or cached versions after updates are deployed.
For example, on content-heavy sites such as https://dbrosmenu.com/, menu information and page content may change regularly. Even after cache purges, there is often no simple way to confirm what version of a page is being served from different locations.
It would be useful if Cloudways provided a built-in cache validation tool that could:
• Check whether a URL is being served from cache or origin
• Display active cache headers for a specific page
• Verify cache status across CloudwaysCDN locations
• Help identify stale cached content after deployments
• Provide a simple cache debugging report for non-technical users
This could save significant troubleshooting time for website owners and developers who manage dynamic content and frequently updated pages.
Would anyone else find this feature useful?
Thanks.
