11. Add WordPress Subsite URL Management Tool to Staging Apps

    I suggest that Cloudways make it easier to create a staging version of a multisite Wordpress app. The tool would let the user reassign / manage the URLs for the main site and all subsites in one spot instead of having to hunt around for all the settings, and permit using Cloudways URLs for those sites if desired (even if custom URLs are assigned to the production sites). Right now, to stage a WordPress multisite app, after creating the staging app you still have to:

    1. In the custom domain DNS of the staging app, create new custom URLs for the staging versions of the master site and all subsites
    2. Add those URLs to Domains of the staging app
    3. Add those URLs to the SSL cert of the staging app
    4. Assign one of the URLs to be the primary URL for the app of the staging app
    5. Open the WP Dashboard for the staging master site using the primary URL
    6. Go to Sites
    7. Select Edit for the first subsite
    8. Change the URL to one of the other custom URLs from step 2 & save changes
    9. Repeat steps 7-8 for every subsite

    That obviously is a huge PITA. It would be nice to have a consolidated view in Cloudways to manage all these URLs. Even better, I’d like to be able to click a checkbox next to a subsite (or all subsites) and have Cloudways assign one of the Cloudways URLs in place of each custom URL. That would make the process of staging site creation and management so much easier.

17. Suggestion for Quick Video Tutorial Integration in Dashboard

    It would be really helpful if Cloudways added a built-in option or integration to create and share short video tutorials directly within the dashboard. Agencies and teams could use this to show clients quick walkthroughs, backups, or setup steps without needing separate tools.

    Right now, a simple workaround is using tools that let you trim and download YouTube video online free for short guides — for example: https://www.livelink.ai/more-tools/trim-and-download-youtube-videos-for-free
