   How did Adebimpe transport herself out of Africa at a young age to Canada in search of a better life that would support her forbidden aspiration to become an Engineer when, as a girl-child, you are only ever good enough to be a wife with smaller aspirations?

4. Allowing Multiple Email Address to Receive Invoicing

   I want to add my payables department's email address(s) to those that receive your monthly invoicing. Currently, only the account holder's email address is permitted.

   By comparison, all my other WWW SaaS permits me to add more than a single email recipient for invoicing. Thx!

6. Please remove the "cache purge" link from Cloudflare in the /network section of the Breeze plugin.

   We suggest removing the link for Cloudflare cache cleaning from the /network section in the Breeze plugin. Doing so would enhance user experience and ensure consistency across the platform, as the existing link associated with the /network section doesn't clear the Cloudflare cache.

11. Email notifications after server OS has been upgraded

    Hi,
    The current issue is that server OS upgrade may break part of application functionality and even if I set maintenance window I may miss when server has been upgraded.

    For example, I have about 20 servers waiting for upgrade for Debian 10 and scheduled it with maintenance window, but I'm not sure which Monday you will start upgrade and which of my servers will be upgraded.

    So after your upgrade I may start getting random calls from my customers about their application doesn't work properly and I'll have to burn in a rush of contacting CW support and fix recently upgraded servers.

    I contacted CW support recently and they told me "you should login to the server via SSH and check lsb_release -a".

    Sure, nice advice when you have about 40 servers in total.

    Instead of such useless wasting time from my side it would be great to be notified by email after the server OS has been upgraded, so on Monday morning I'd know exactly which servers to check BEFORE my customers start calling me and telling they have broken application functionality.

13. Auto SSL Renewal with HTTP Basic Auth

    Hello,

    I have a staging server where HTTP Basic Auth is always on and when I have SSL Cert Auto-Renewal ON as well it does not function how it should. Every time my cert expires I need to go in and disable Basic Auth and renew the cert manually.

    Please have the auto-renewal process check if basic auth is enabled and temporarily disable before pulling the cert renewal. Super easy to implement this check.

14. Direct Git deployment (no intermediate Git hosting)

    I've been using a lot of other hosts these days (Pantheon, Fortrabbit, etc.) that provide a git endpoint – pushing a commit will then deploy the code and run composer install.

    This removes the need for an intermediary like Github, Gitlab, Beanstalk etc. and makes everything a lot more streamlined.

    Not having this is probably the #1 reason I don't use Cloudways more.

15. Creat auto-clear cache option for Breeze cache after plugin updates

    I have auto updates enabled, and each time the site is broken until breeze cache is cleared. I notice breeze can be auto-cleared on posts and page updates, but is there no script I could add that would allow it to clear on plugin updates?

    There have been several security issues recently that have required sites to be updated immediately. Several plugins have had zero day vulnerabilities that require immediate attention. I have too many sites to update manually as quickly as the plugin authors would like.

    Enabling auto-updates on plugins is a great solution, but Breeze cache is the only thing stopping it from working, because each plugin update requires me to clear the cache or my users see a broken layout.

    Even if updating plugins manually, why should we have to manually clear the cache also?

    The cloudways bot sent me this email yesterday but then when I tried to upgrade from Magento 2.3 to 2.4 with the $250 upgrade service I was informed that it is no longer supported. Here is the email:

    One of our websites was down for over 12 hours yesterday and took us a full day to debug and resolve. This appears to have been caused by a php patch upgrade which caused a memory leak in a Symfony package. Because we had no knowledge of a patch having been installed on our server this made the debugging process much more difficult.

20. Current MySQL Breaks Export, Import Database With Virtual (Generated) Columns

    I have this database with a table that has 2 generated (virtual) columns. I exported my database using your built-in database manager. Then I imported the SQL using the same tool. Unfortunately, there's an error, and it said that values are not accepted for virtual columns. Upon checking this bug reports: (1) https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=79148 , it says there that the bug is already fix in higher version of MySQL.

    Please update the available MySQL version, please.

    What I did just to get around with the bug was to manually delete the exported virtual columns with their values in the exported SQL file.

    And it's super, super hassle to manually remove those part.
