Lost access to TFA authentication should fall back to SMS or Backup Codes (like Google) rather than a quick comment on the chat.

Absolutely agree—having fallback options like SMS or backup codes would make 2FA much more reliable and user-friendly, especially in emergency situations. Relying solely on chat for recovery isn’t ideal. see https://www.eurocityvape.com/

It is not best practice that you do not offer backup codes for 2FA access to our CloudWays accounts. The better option is to do what google does, offer backup codes.
