Multi-tier (more than one server for my application, load balancer, web servers, database server...)
I would love to have the option of setting up a multi-server application for more targeted and cost effective scaling. For instance, Say I could create a Wordpress site with a dedicated DB server, a dedicated load balancer, and a dedicated Web server. As my site grows, I can scale the specific part that is needed. If my site is gets a lot of views (reads), but doesn't make many writes, scaling my existing web server (or adding another instance) may be what's needed. If I'm running a WooCommerce site and start pushing the limits of my db server, increasing the resources or implementing replication might make more sense. It would be really great to have that level of control when growing a site.

Need this feature... If we can't really scale the backend... then what's the point of being on the cloud?

We want this idea too.

We need to implement Auto-Scaling WordPress applications quite often which can auto-scale depending on traffic load.

This is very nice but the problem is, cloudway is very expensive when you go to big plans, I think this is the biggest inconvenience that cloudway has, that after the medium server is already very expensive and server scale starts to be expensive. I know a lot of people who have a blog that do not go to the cloudway just because in the future it's expensive (when you change to a big plan). And this is an expensive function, in cludway it will surely be very expensive.

Just in case there is an unexpected traffic load. Servers should auto scale and scale down when the load goes off.

Hi all,
Finally we have this in private beta in the form or a managed private Kubernetes cluster. We are running a number of customers on top of it (up to millions of visits per day) and gathering feedback.
Currently the cluster product is running only on top of Google Cloud but we plan to expand availability.
This will be a high touch service for people overflowing the current platform and that need much higher levels of scalability and availability.
We don't have an ETA for public availability yet.

Yes, adding a load balancer is must have for a server.
I surely upvote this and hope it will be installed fast. -
