Add-in incoming and outcoming emails via mailbox option vs rackspace
The option to add-on free or inexpensive traditional incoming and outgoing email to be configured with outlook or gmail. The current only option is rackspace at $1 per mailbox. This is expensive.

Given the nature of cloud servers and the fact that their IPs have been previously on lots of other servers/users, makes cloud servers a very unreliable source of email. We discarded already initially in our project to offer mailboxes directly on our cloud servers and this is not a decision we are thinking about changing. Because of this we opted to partner with an extremely reliable email provider like Rackspace and offer mailboxes below cost (as we do).
This is the only approach we consider as of now.
