suggestion for WP migrator plugin
I wanted to provide feedback over your migration tool which I find has several issues.
It's essential when you migrate an existing Wordpress website that you maintain the right file permissions. I have nothing against your team optimising them, but I've had so many errors due to wrong file permissions and my security plugin telling me a lot of file permissions were too open and risky. I had none of these on my old server.
An example of this is that all the plugin folders had a permission of 775 after my migration even though my original server had these folders set to 755 which is the more secure standard.
My recommendation is that you fix your migration tool to maintain the same file permissions as the original website to avoid all these issues.

664/775 permissions are required in our platform to support team members functionality (team members are part of the group while master is the owner). This is not a security risk by itself as long and properly implemented (as we have done).
If for whatever reason, permission differ from our base ones, you have the reset permissions functionality:

That will set again our default.
That said, if you are the only one managing the site via master credentials and not using team feature, you can use 644/755 as recommended by your security plugin.
