To help test redirects to a 'www.' pages without addition setup or save headaches when moving sites to cloudways that already have 'www.' redirects

If you mean mapping a domain with www. in front, this is already possible and you can do it in the Primary Domain field in Domain Management:
https://support.cloudways.com/how-do-i-take-my-website-live-from-cloudways/

If you meant some other thing, please clarify.
