Make the "Restart" Buttons Work in the New Platform
When Apache or MySQL go down, the "restart" buttons can't be clicked and are always grayed out. I always need to chat with your support to get things restarted. It would be fantastic if these buttons worked.

This behavior is on purpose as we have a system that tries to restart services that go down and if it doesn't work highly likely a manual restart by a customer will not succeed either.
In any case, we are reviewing this again, as if it make no harm, we can give customers the option to try it at least.
