UpCloud as a provider

A great provider of cloud hosting. It came second in the Cloud Spectator 2016 EU top 10 vendor benchmarks. With a first place for vCPU and memory and also disk performance.

I second this.

www.upcloud.com has better performance benchmarks than Digital Ocean, is cheap, and has a full API.

CloudWays is always on the cutting edge and it seems that Upcloud is also pushing the envelope.

Would love to see an integration in the future.
