Add New DigitalOcean Flexible and Optimized Droplets

This is a really useful suggestion. Adding more flexible infrastructure options like DigitalOcean Flexible can definitely help users manage scaling and cost more efficiently, especially for growing projects.
From my experience, when working on projects that involve planning, scheduling, or time-based reminders, having flexibility at the server level makes overall management much smoother. Clear understanding of date and age calculation logic also plays a role in planning long-term usage and timelines.
I recently found this simple tool helpful for understanding date and age calculation logic in a practical way:

These new droplet options are a nice upgrade. Flexible and optimized setups give developers more control and help match resources to real workloads. It’s good to see DigitalOcean expanding choices for people who want simple scaling without unnecessary complexity.

Not every epic view requires a long journey. These three short hikes to natural bridges show off Utah’s landscapes in under an hour each. They’re accessible, family-friendly, and a great intro to canyon country. Snap some photos and enjoy the quiet beauty of the desert. https://utahcanyonhikes.com/3-short-natural-bridge-hikes/

I need high memory actually

Agree with the others' comments below. My apps don't need the additional memory, but need the CPU power. The 2GB 2CPU DO option is a nice sweet spot for a lot of folks.

Couldn't agree with this more - this is most ideal for me as my stuff is CPU bound too - I don't want to fork out significant amounts of money just to get higher core count, but take the added cost of a load of unused memory!

I can second Ben’s comments below. I have leaned towards getting a DO account directly due to this and then using serverpilot to manage it. But I do like Cloudways so reluctant to move just yet.

Just posted the same suggestion. 100% require this improvement!!

Strong vote for the Flexible Droplets. The 2gigRAM/2vCPU/50 gigSSD would be a real sweet spot for a lot of client business sites.

Would love to be able to configure a server towards cpu and away from ram. My apps are cpu intensive but not ram intensive, I end up having to have loads of unnecessary ram just to get enough cpu cores.
