Send an SMS to customer if he miss payment instead of deleting whole server!
I missed the payment, haven't see emails, just logged in today my server has been deleted already and have waited to get answers. after paying money its been recovering. but just suggesting customer support should send customer an important SMS too, instead of deleting whole server. this will be unfair and disaster for business.

I completely agree with this suggestion because missing an email shouldn't mean losing an entire server. Relying only on an inbox can be risky, especially if your email is flooded with spam or test alerts from scripts like ( https://sms-bombers.in/ ) that bury important notifications. Adding an automated text alert system for critical billing failures would definitely prevent these kinds of disasters for businesses.

I had that same bug while I was using one app to take some cash. I was spending days trying to fix that problem and then later I realized that It was a problem from a developer's side.
